End of tenancy cleaning
INFORMATION
Be sure that after our visitation you will leave the property in great and fresh condition. We are using specialized cleaning products and equipment so your place will be clean and disinfected.
The following are the domestic areas we cover:
- Bathroom - we are scrubbing and disinfecting of bathroom floors and toilets, cleaning and removing limescale from bath and showers, showering doors and tiles, scrubbing and removing limescale from bathroom sinks, cleaning mirrors and windows, wiping windowsills, skirting boards and door frame.
- Bedroom - we are vacuuming and mopping, cleaning mirrors and windows, removing litter, wiping windowsills, vacuuming carpets, cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes, making beds.
- Kitchen - we are cleaning all kitchen surfaces, washing inside/outside of dishwasher, cleaning inside/outside the oven and hob, cleaning extractor fan, cleaning inside and outside fridge-freezer, cleaning inside/outside washing machine, damp wiping all kitchen counter tops, sweeping and washing hard surface floors, cleaning sink, wiping windowsills, skirting boards, door frames and radiators, cleaning mirrors and windows, washing up.
- Living room - we are vacuuming and mopping of floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors and windows, polishing tables, cleaning and polishing all surfaces, cleaning pictures, wiping skirting boards and door frame, wiping windowsills, removing litter.
- Hallway - we are vacuuming and mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors and windows, wiping skirting boards and doorframes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Please make sure our cleaning staff have hot running water and electricity to ease their work.
- The fridge/freezer should be emptied and turned off at least 12 hours before our staff’s arrival.
- Cleaning carpets, curtains and upholstery is an extra service.
- Please ensure that a parking space is vacant for our vehicle and be aware that in some cases we charge Congestion and ULEZ charge.
- If you have a complaint, please place it within 24 hours prior our visitation
- Please be aware that we do not clean walls and do not move heavy furniture.
- We charge £30 extra for second bathroom, second oven or fridge and £15 extra for toilet.
